Exclusive to King Power Complex, the Ramayana Restaurant is named after “The Ramayana”, a great Asian literary classic. We serve an astonishing array of authentic oriental flavours from Thai, Chinese and Japanese and include the full spectrum of culinary delights from seafood, salad bar, Bar-B-Q to favourite Western cuisine such as pasta, pizza and salad.

When you think you’ve had your fill, you’ll find room for more – our range of delectable desserts and fruits are irresistible, including mango and sticky rice, chocolate fondue and a mouthwatering five-story chocolate fountain! While you savour the banquet of choice, you’ll delight in epic scenes from “The Ramayana” depicted in massive painted murals in the restaurant’s three halls, giving guests a taste of the genuine Aksra Hoon Lakorn Lek Thai puppet performance and other entertainment that follows the feast in the Aksra Theatre.

The noblest sort of drink and meat are served buffet style amid battle scenes depicted in the 60 meter mural painting on the walls of the main hall. On one side of this hall stands the evil army of fierce giants, ready to wage war against Rama’s good army of men and monkeys on the other.

A further two scenes from the epic “Ramayana” poem are painted in the two other restaurant halls. Together with the ornate giant and exquisite monkey puppets spread around the mythically forested restaurant, an atmosphere of escalating excitement for the forthcoming show by the world-famous original Aksra Hoon Lakorn Lek is created.
